TERMS
- A reservation will be confirmed on receipt of 30% of the total rent cost
- The final payment must be received 8 weeks before arrival
- The rental period will begin at 3pm on Saturday and end no later than 10am the following Saturday
- The apartment must be left in the state that you found it. Any extra cleaning required will be
charged at the rate of 15 Euros per hour, and deducted from your deposit
- A 150 Euro deposit will be required for use of telephone/wifi
- A damage deposit of 1000 Euros will be required with your final payment
- The deposit will be returned, less any deductions within 6 weeks of departure
